Prepare a 12 oz. glass and add approx 5-6 Mint leaves, then add 1/2 oz Simple syrup. Muddle well at bottom of glass, then fill with ice and add 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon. Fill to top with Soda water. Roll into mixing tin and back into glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
