Pisco Sour by NihonRobot
Booze
2 parts Brandy
Mixers
1 part Egg white
1 part Lemon juice
Garnishes
Sugar
Ice
Directions
Mix 2 shots Pisco, 3/4 shot of Lemon juice, a teaspoon of Sugar, one Egg white, and Ice. Shake vigorously in a martini shaker and strain into glass.

I'm not sure how easy it is to find Pisco in America...I discovered this drink while in Peru.
