Prepare a tall glass full of ice. Pour half a shotglass full of honey, fill the rest of the shotglass with HOT water. Shake in the shotglass until the honey is dissolved in the water. Pour into the glass of ice. Measure half a shot of lemon juice and pour into the glass. Pour 2 shots of calvados (apple brandy) into the glass. Stir a bit. Serve. God damn this goes down easy. If you're wicked into this drink, garnish with an apple wedge, which will do nothing but look cool. This drink might also be good in a martini glass, mixed in a shaker and strained.
