This can be prepared on the rocks in a half-glass or as a milkshake in a pint glass.
Add about half a glass of ice, then add 1 shot of white Creme de Cacao and 1 shot of Galliano (Herbal liqueur - the yellow kind). Finally, add a splash of cream or about half a shot of milk.
For best results blend into a milkshake... Otherwise, stir vigorously.
