Extratasty - Mae West Cocktail by [the pirate] - Ingredients: Brandy, Egg yolk, Powdered sugar

2 parts Brandy

1 part Egg yolk

Powdered sugar

Combine in a shaker with ice. Mix well [including the powdered sugar-- 1 tsp. should suffice] and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Cayenne Pepper.

I know what you are thinking - raw egg yolk is disgusting. If you just bear down and forget that there is a scramble chicken embryo in your drink it is worth it. Freaking great - completely worth the sacrifice of a young chick. - sq (486 days ago)

There I was, stranded at home with some E&J and no mixer. There had to be something I could make to get me drunk enough to enjoy it out of the bottle... Thank you, [the pirate]! As an extra bonus, whip the egg white with some confectioner's sugar and use it for a topping like you would for a Tom & Jerry! As F. Scott Fitzgerald would say, Egg-cellent!
