Extratasty - British Bucks Fizz by She Says So - Ingredients: Champagne, Orange juice

1 part Champagne

1 part Orange juice

Fill a champagne flute with 1/2 (100% pure, smooth) orange juice and 1/2 champagne (the nicest you can afford)...its important you put them in in this order otherwise the orange juice doesnt mix properly with the champagne and it ruins the overall look of the drink and gives you a sickly followed by overly strong taste.

A drop or two of pure lemon juice can add a nice touch to this drink but DONT add a whole slice or any ice cubes...since it looks tacky and clumbersome - us brits are elegant folk.

A perfect summer sipper.

Add Champagne, next add the Orange juice. Stir well, and add more orange juice or champagne to tast. I like to use Cooks, or some really good stuff. Brut is the best. Enjoy.
