I learnt of this drink/game/thing from Tycho of Penny Arcade. Recommended for those who want their hangovers in advance. WARNING: DO NOT DRINK IF YOU ARE A COWBOY OR A PREGNANT WOMAN.

Pour the vodka into a shotglass, and place both the glass and two lemon wedges on the table in front of you, along with the secret ingredient- an elastic band.

Now, quick as you can, squeeze the lemon into your eyes, put the elastic band round your head, pull it away at least four inches and snap it back, fumble round for the shot of vodka and down it. Congratulations, you have just given yourself a reverse hangover.

It might seem like nobody would ever, ever do this unless they were a dumbass or already smashed, but remember, the more of these you do, the longer your penis is. So get out there and impress your crew and the girls!
