Combine a shot and a half (or 2 shots ;-) of dark rum, 1/2 shot amaretto, 1/2 shot Cointreau (or other orange liquer), juice of 1/2 a lime (about 1/2 shot) all into a shaker with a handful of ice cubes. Shake for a few moments to get all that tropical goodness nice and cold. Grab a tall glass and plop 9 ice cubes (good feng shui ya know) in the glass. Strain the chilled shaken goodness into the glass, top up with pineapple juice, add a splash of grenadine. Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice and a paper umbrella. If you can grab a plumeria blossom, toss that on there too!
