Grab a Large Jug. If no jugs are available the a very large glass. line the rim with salt and pour your beer (preferably brazilian) in with your vodka (preferably extremely cheap) and then toss in ice and chunks of lime without the rine.

Normally in Brazil this is made only with vodka,lime juice,lots of sugar and ice, a more palatable version of the national cocktail of Brazil,the Caipirinha,made with cachaca,highly potent fermented cane juice,which has a strong taste that for some requires getting sccustomed to. - Messalino(428 days ago)
