1 part Amaretto

1 part Grapefruit juice

Prepare a tall glass full of ice. Pour in the Amaretto, next add the Grapefruit juice. You'll get a two-layered drink that's far better than the sum of its parts. Especially wonderful on a hot day.

Put a shot glass into a slightly bigger glass. Pour Amaretto into the shot glass. Pour the grapefruit juice (preferably pink grapefruit) into the bigger glass. Drink in one shot.
