Make a long thin lemon peel. Fill a tall glass with ice as you drapes the lemon peel as spiral all the way from the bottom to the top. Add the Bourbon and fill the glass with ginger ale. Last add a few drops of Angostura Bitters (optional). Stir lightly and serve.
