Hemingway's Floridita Daiquiri by Jakob
Booze
2 parts Light rum
Mixers
2 parts Grapefruit juice
1 part Simple syrup
1 part Lime juice
Garnishes
Grapefruit
Directions
Mix all ingredients (use fresh lime juice) and serve frozen or over crushed ice in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
