1 part Vanilla Vodka

1 part Pineapple juice

A splash of Grenadine

You can also make this in smaller portions and make it a shot. Just as good and you can share the wealth.

Fill a shaker with ice, add vanilla vodka and pineapple juice and shake until chilled. Strain into a tumbler. Add a splash of grenadine and let settle to the bottom. Voila! A fantastic drink that reminds you of home.

	This drink really does taste incredibly like pineapple upside down cake. I use it at parties with folks who don't normally take shots (such as family) to entice them into doing shots and loosening them up.
