First, find some Green River citrus soda. That's the hardest part.

1. Mix 2 ounces vodka, lime juice from half a lime, and one tablespoon of powdered sugar.

2. Strain that into a rocks glass filled 1/3 with ice.

3. Fill the rest of the glass with the Green River.
