42 Below Feijoa Vodka with Ginger Beer by starlajo

5 parts Ginger beer

1 part Vodka

Mint

Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add the 42 Below Feijoa Vodka, next add the Ginger beer and I guess you could throw in some torn mint leaves for a garnish if you're that way inclined. It sure makes it taste nice.

An excellent bartender named Helen first made this drink for me.
