1 part Coffee liqueur
A splash of Rum
Mixers
3 parts Pineapple juice
1 part Coconut cream
Directions
Combine all ingredients and 1 pineapple slice in blender and blend until smooth. Traditionally served with straws and served in hi-ball glass.
