Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add the Vodka, next add the Cherry 7 up, and then pour the Blue Curcao over the top. As the Blue Curacao mixes with the Cherry 7 Up, it will slowly turn blue. Goes doen very easy and has a hell of a kick.
