Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add the Champagne (or Cava for a cheaper alternative), next add the Vodka, next add the Energy Drink, next add the Ice.

in south africa - we have a pathetic version of this - comes in a shot glass and it's blue and it tastes like a sweet. like i said it's pretty pathetic.
