Lemon Meringue Martini by sarahism

2 parts Lemon vodka

1 part Scotch

2 parts Sugar syrup

1 part Lemon juice

Lemon peel

Blend all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker over cracked ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with twist of lemon peel.

I prefer to use Absolut Citron Vodka and Drambuie Scotch, but any will do.
