Ask your rich friend to borrow their blender because it's better than yours and it's important to make sure that the ice gets crushed smoothly [chunky ice in drink = pouty faced party guests]. Assuming the blender is blender is standard size [1150 ml] fill appx. 1/3rd full with ice. Next add the Blue Curacao, Vodka, Cherry Syrup, Lemonade*, staple energy drink [amp or rockstar tastes better than redbull], and the Sugar#. Blend til smooth. Garnish with a couple Maraschino cherries, and a lemon or lime wedge.

*frozen concentrates work well here -- limemade in place of lemonade tastes good too -- just put 1/2 to 2/3rds of a can to the mixture and use that as a baseline for other ingredient measurements.
#optional - if you have some weak lemonade... like crystal lite [ugh] throw a tbsp or two into the mix
