Prepare a mixer cup half full of chipped ice then add Coffee liqueur, then Vodka, then Milk, and then the Chocolate Syrup (to taste). Shake for about a minute in order to chill & mix all ingredients. Strain out ice & pour mixture into a serving glass. Add a splash of Maraschino cherry juice, drop in a Maraschino cherry & garnish top with chocolate shavings.
