In an empty glass, crush the limes in the glass to extract the juice. Add a splash of sugar syrup. Add the tequila and triple sec, and then add the Fresca (Grapefruit Soda). Mix in a shaker filled with ice, then pour into a new glass, add the splash of OJ, and garnish with a lime.
